The Rise of a Monster (part 1)

Updated: Sep 23, 2020

Back to history !

Yupy! Today we’ll be talking about word war 2...…wait a minute, that will be boring and so expected. I think gossiping would be fun…. Well, I heard once about a little child who was born in a small Austrian town near the Austro-German frontier, he was the son of a rich, playboy, bad tempered father.

This boy’s childhood was quite difficult, as he wanted to become an artist; his father pushed him to follow his footsteps as a customs officer. He only got the chance to pursuit his dreams after his father’s death. Eventually, he successfully failed to enter the academy of fine arts and ended up selling his paintings for living.

The transformation of young Hitler’ views… (surpriseeeeeeee, got you with history again) began when he started communicating with the anti-Semitic (racist) mayor Karl lueger. He even moved from Austria -since it is a multi-ethnic (many races)- to Munich in Germany and volunteered in WW1 as a soldier.

However, what shaped his ideology was the surrender of Germany in ww1 after the peace treaty and it’s humiliation in front of the world leaders (as we mentioned in the previous article WW1).

Therefore, as you all know Hitler blamed communists and Jews who stabbed Germany in the back by spreading anti-war propaganda and the hate for them grew slowly in his heart.

The little racist was begging for a chance to practice his satanic ideas, that’s why as soon as he explored the German workers party who shared his same ideas he got exited, joined them and used his communicative skills to impress the leaders of the party

He raised rapidly like a rock star and renamed the party as national socialist German workers or Nazi. He also promised of undoing the Versailles treaty and reuniting the Arian race the purest race ever.

With the help of General Ernst Rohm and the German hyperinflation; Hitler was able to armistice the party members and lead a revolution in 1923. Fortunately, it ended badly; he was caught and imprisoned for his attempt.

Now what is sarcastic here is that this future dictator didn’t give up. Instead, he took a good thinking of his options in prison, and decided to take the way of elections in 1928.

In a fairy tale story Hitler would have been a winner by now but guess what?

The party failed 2 times and still resisting and spreading their extreme views. Eventually, karma played her role and the American stocks market witnessed a huge crush that effected the whole world including Germany.

Everybody was needy, searching for a radical solution at this point so they saw Hitler as their savior who came to conquer their enemies (France)… who took their money and power.

You’ll be surprised to know that Hitler got 2 extra failed attempts in the elections but at every time he earned more popularity. In fact, he passed from 2 to 3 to 37% of the voices.

So, if there’s something we can learn from this dictator is his perseverance and resistance which could be an answer to all quitters who assume that success is way too difficult.

I’ll stop there for today but I’ts never the end!!

Wait for the next part
